Health tips


  • Drink plenty of water, nearly 2 to 3 litres a day
  • Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
  • Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants.
  • Take a 10 to 30 minutes walk every day and while you walk smile.
  • Live with three E's - Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy.
  • Make time for prayer and reflection.
  • play more games
  • Read more books.
  • Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
  • Fix your sleeping routine, sleep for 7 hours.
